Homemade Beef Burger

A barbecue meat recipe that never failed to be appreciated by people is the homemade burger. For this kind of recipe, you need less than thirty minutes of preparation time and a maximum of another thirty for cooking time. The barbecue meat recipe is only for four people; make adjustments with the serving sizes for larger parties.

The ingredients for the homemade beef burger are:

  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • salt and ground black pepper
  • 25 grams of chopped coriander
  • 540 grams of minced beef steak
  • To serve the burgers, you need:
  • 1 sliced red onion
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Ciabatta/hamburger rolls

The method for the homemade beef burger:

Mix all of the burger ingredients in a bowl and stir. Use your hands to form four patties with equal sizes.

Preheat grill. Cook the burger patties under the grill for about fifteen minutes or until they are thoroughly cooked. Turn them only once.

Place a slice of cheddar on top of each burger when cooking is about to be done.

Mix together the shredded lettuce and mayonnaise. Cut the ciabatta/hamburger rolls in half and toast each of the sides under the grill.

Stuff in the shredded lettuce and mayonnaise in the bread and add the burger patties. Serve with delight.

This recipe is great, especially when you’re hosting a party with children.  They will love the homemade burgers and I will bet that there won’t be any left over.
