- 1 chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tablespoon mustard

- 540 grams of minced beef steak
- To serve the burgers, you need:
- 1 sliced red onion
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- Shredded lettuce
- Ciabatta/hamburger rolls
The method for the homemade beef burger:
Mix all of the burger ingredients in a bowl and stir. Use your hands to form four patties with equal sizes.
Preheat grill. Cook the burger patties under the grill for about fifteen minutes or until they are thoroughly cooked. Turn them only once.
Place a slice of cheddar on top of each burger when cooking is about to be done.
